if i was forced to choose one of those cats (i am a dog person,) i would definitely choose the first. 1) giant jungle cat! 2) doesn't have those giant green eyes with some weird uni-eyelashes or unfortunately-placed eyeliner.
It's easier to live with a cat than it is to get those who love cats and don't/aren't living with any currently to stop talking about how great it could be. Search your feelings, Lee. You know it to be true. Darth Vader is your father, and a cat is meant to live within the walls of your home. It is your destiny.
The way I interpret that bottom painting is that the girl is crying because she wants that cat so bad and loves it so much, but her husband won't let her have it, so she has to put it back outside. :(
